2. Registration and Access

• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate data and keep your credentials secure.
• Business Accounts: If using a work email, your employer may gain access to your account.

3. Using Our Services

You may use our Services in compliance with local laws and our usage policies.

Don’t:

• Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
• Copy or reverse engineer our technology
• Claim AI output as human-generated
• Extract data using bots or scripts

4. Prohibited Content

Use of our platform for the following is strictly forbidden:

• Scams or fraudulent schemes

5. Intellectual Property

You own your input and the generated output. We may use content to improve the service, unless you opt out.

6. Payments & Credits

• Subscription billing renews monthly unless canceled.
• Credits can be purchased and used as needed.
• Payments are final and non-refundable unless legally required.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts due to policy violations, legal issues, or extended inactivity.

8. Accuracy and Output

AI-generated content may not always be accurate. Always review before publishing or using for critical decisions.

9. Limitations and Liability

Our services are provided “as-is.” We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages beyond $100 or your last 12-month service cost—whichever is greater.

10. Dispute Resolution

• We prefer resolving issues informally before arbitration.
• Mandatory arbitration applies for unresolved disputes.
• Class action and jury trial waivers apply.

11. Copyright Infringement

If you believe your rights have been violated, please contact help@influency.io with the necessary documentation.

12. General Terms

• You cannot transfer your account without consent.
• We may update terms with prior notice.
• California law governs these terms.
